{A Letter From Us}

Hi!
     Let us begin by saying thank you, thank you for making the courageous decision to give this child life and also for considering us as possible parents to love and nurture such a remarkable gift.
      Please know that we acknowledge the weight of the decision you are beginning to make. We do believe that God brings people together for only reasons He knows and understands. We pray that God will give you peace regardless of the path that you choose.
     Our family is the most important thing to us. We love spending time together and with our extended families. We are very active. We enjoy camping, fishing, hiking, boating, just about anything outdoors. Some of our interests are also animals, music, & reading. We have traveled to many different places including Disney Land, Mexico, and all over the United States. We love experiencing new things.
     Education is a very high priority to us. We want to give our child every possible opportunity that life has to offer. We want our children to grow up knowing that anything is possible. He or she will always have our support, encouragement and most importantly our unconditional love.
     Let me tell you a little about my favorite guy in the world. Zach is an amazing person. He is really an incredible dad. He loves our children and can really relate to them. He has a wonderful sense of humor that easily brightens each and every day. He is very kind and patient. He shows much respect for me as his wife. Zach is the hardest working person I know. I never have to worry about him providing for our family. He is very well rounded. He has a zest for life and is interested in a wide variety of things from the outdoors to music. I am so proud of Zach and all of his accomplishments. Zach just has one of those personalities that you can’t help but love. He touches the lives of everyone that he crosses paths with. I feel extremely blessed to have such a wonderful man in my life!
     I am honored to share some things with you about my wife. Holly is truly a one of kind. She is the most compassionate and service oriented person that I know. She can always be found brightening someone’s day or giving a helping hand. She has made a big difference in my life and has supported me through every decision I have made. Every married couple has their moments of disagreeing and we are no different. We work hard to lift and build each other up. Holly is very soft spoken and kind hearted. She makes me laugh and shows me the little joys in life. She ahs a very child like personality and loves to explore life’s little adventures. She will often surprise us with a picnic or a bike ride or other spontaneous excursion. Before Holly & I were married we made a promise to each other that our love would last longer than any bond of time & could not be broken by any earthly treasure. We intend to keep that promise and work hard to communicate our goals & dreams. We also promised that our children would know what it was like to live in a home filled with peace and love. Holly’s soft-spoken nature & tender heart naturally warms our home with a filling of peace and purpose.
     A little about Brooklyn & Braxton- Brooklyn has such an incredible spirit. She is kind and caring. She loves babies. She loves dressing up and all things girly yet she also loves to take her dirt bike out. She is full of spunk. She loves a challenge and won’t stop until she has mastered it. She loved preschool and can’t wait to start Kindergarten this fall. She has taken a couple of dance classes and thinks she may want to try gymnastics next. Braxton is my sweet and sour sauce. He is funny & feisty, destructive & delightful, as stubborn as they come yet such a sweetheart he can turn you into a puddle of mush in no time flat. He is all boy, loves to be outside and hanging out with dad. He loves to carry our cat Yummy around (which he named himself). Both of our beautiful children came to us through the miracle of adoption. We are very aware of the blessings in our life and how much sweetness these two add to it. We can't wait to see where this next search will lead us.
     Thank you for taking a moment to learn a little more about us. As we journey thru this process we have imagined ourselves in your shoes and can only image the heartache you must be going through. Let us just say "thank you" for your consideration. We pray that Heavenly Father will comfort you, just as he has us in our heartaches.
                                                        Eternally grateful,
                                                          Zach & Holly
